We have been thinking about taking a road trip across the U.S. for many years. Now that we have the time, we’ve decided to “just do it.” There have been a few trips to AAA for maps, because we don’t totally trust GPS, Google Maps, or Waze because we are old. Many a day has been spent planning out our route and contacting people we want to see along the way. Now we are caught up in the process of determining what to take with us. Fortunately, since we are taking our Subaru Forester, we can take ALOT OF STUFF!!!
Our date of departure is Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Everything is falling into place — we hope.
